The Lunch Bunch

You gotta love lunch. My friends and I (Chris, Phil, Matt Vogel, Matt Howe, Thomas, Alex and Joe Michael) always seemingly had the best time then. Food fights were a rarity, if a necessity , and were always ended promptly, be it by aide or a swift tackle to the 7th grader with the audacity to throw that chicken nugget.

There was laughing, talking and choking, omni present at the tables. Whoever was in our group who had the ability to stay home would recieve a volley of flak not seen since Blitzkreig. It was the best of times. Before the drama of middle school set in, we were blissfully unaware of daunting anything before us. We lived in the moment, and that's how I liked it
