FIELD TRIPS

The following charges are estimates of what will be added to your FACTS agreement. Actual charges may vary based on changes in costs. If you pay annual tuition in advance, you will be billed for these charges. If at some point you decide not to attend a trip, your payments will be credited back to you.

KID'S KLUB/DAY CARE

K-8 Extended Day Care: 7-7:45AM & 3:30-6PM

Monthly Day Care: Annual/$1,750. Monthly (Sept.-June)/$175 - Paid through FACTS.

Hourly Day Care: Pre-Purchase cards in $50/10 hour increments.

No charge 3-3:30PM Preschool-8th Grade. After 6PM billed at $1.00 per minute.

Holidays/Non-school days K-8: $35.00 per day

DISCOUNTS & FEES

Multiple Child Discount: 10% discount for 2nd child, 25% discount for third or more child(ren) Preschool-8th Grade

Application Fee: $45.00 per child. (This fee is non-refundable). All applications for new students will need to be accompanied by an application fee. This fee covers testing.

DayCare Snack Cards: Available in $26, $19.50, $13.50 and $6.50 increments. Snacks/drinks are 75¢-$1.00 each.

Lunch Fees: $80 for 20 hot lunch tickets. $10.00 for 20 milk/drink tickets. Subject to change. Prices set by the Arcadia Unified School District.

Activity Fee: Included in your FACTS debit will be a $45 fee to cover yearbook, t-shirt, and class projects.

Sports Fee: $50 per sport for participants only; applies to 5th grade through 8th grade

REGISTRATION FEE

All registration fees are non/refundable and non/transferrable

Registration Fee of $300 is due by February 1, 2011, or for new students, upon acceptance.

FACTS TUITION BILLING

All ACS families must set up an automatic deduction from your savings/checking account. A $41 FACTS Fee will be charged for their service and will be deducted from your account within 1 month of re-registering. All payments made through FACTS will be deducted on the 5th of the month.
