FIELD TRIPS

The following charges will be added to your FACTS agreement. If you pay annual tuition in advance, you will be billed for these charges. If at some point you decide not to attend a trip, your payments will be credited back to you. The following trips are billed through outside companies: 4th Grade $550 (Sacramento trip), 8th Grade $2,200 (D.C. Trip- Lots of fundraisers available.)

1st Gr. $20 (LA Zoo) 6th Gr. $250 (Rawhide Ranch)
2nd Gr. $25 (Museum) 7th Gr. $475 (Oceanography camp/Retreat)
3rd Gr. $40 (Three historical/science trips) 8th Grade $225 (Retreat, DC bus)
4th Gr. $40 (Capistrano Mission)  

 

DISCOUNTS & FEES

Multiple Child Discount: 10% discount for second child, 25% discount for third or more child(ren) Preschool-8th Grade

Application Fee: $45.00 per child. (This fee is non-refundable). All applications for new students will need to be accompanied by an application fee. This fee covers testing.

Day Care Snack Cards: Available in $20, $10, and $5 increments. Snacks/drinks are 75 cents-$1.00 each.

Lunch Fees: $80 for 20 hot lunch tickets. $10.00 for 20 milk/drink tickets. Subject to change. Prices set by the Arcadia Unified School District.

 

REGISTRATION AND/OR COMMITMENT TO RETURN

All registration fees are non/refundable and non/transferrable $100 deposit due now and late after March 2nd. Balance is due by May 1st.

Knowing this fee can over-extend over-extend your budget we do allow you to make a $100 non-refundable deposit per student now and pay the balance of $200 per child by May 1st. Because this fee is so critical to our planning, we will add a $50 late fee if the deposit is not paid by March 2nd, or if there is a balance owed after May 1st.

 

FACTS TUITION BILLING

All ACS families must set up an automatic deduction from your savings/checking account or pay by credit card. All tuition/monthly daycare through FACTS will be deducted on the 5th of the month.

FACTS agreements will be filled out at registration days in April/May.
