Preschool Schedule of Fees

Preschool Extended Day Care: 7-8:30AM & 3-6PM
Hourly Day Care: Purchase cards in $26 for 5 hour increments. No charge from 3-3:30PM Preschool-8th Grade. After 6PM billed at $1.00 per minute. Discounts and Fees
Multiple Child Discount:
10% discount for second child, 25% discount for third or more child(ren). Applies to Preschool-8th Grade Testing Fee for Students Entering Kindergarten: $45.00 Lunch Fees: $80 for 20 hot lunch tickets. $10.00 for 20 milk/drink tickets. Subject to change. Prices set by the Arcadia Unified School District. REGISTRATION AND/OR COMMITMENT TO RETURN: All registration fees are non/refundable and non/transferrable.
A fee of $300 per child or a minimum of $100 per child is due by March 1st. Knowing this fee can over-extend your budget we do allow you to make a $100 non-refundable deposit per student now and pay the balance of $1200 per child by May 1st. Because this fee is so critical to our planning, we will add a $50 late fee if the deposit is notpaid by March 3rd, or if there is a balance owed after May 1st. FACTS TUITION BILLING: All ACS families must set up an automatic deduction from your savings/checking account or pay by credit card. Families can choose to have tuition deducted on the 5th or 20th of the month. FACTS agreements will be filled out at registration days in April/May. |
